We started as a two-person operation grinding out mail orders from a unit with a mini-ramp in the back. That ramp is still there and it is still the reason products get cut from the catalog: if it does not survive a month of being ridden by the people who work here, it does not go on the site.

Everything ships from that same building. Orders placed before 3pm go out the same afternoon, and anything unskated can come back within thirty days for a full refund without you having to explain yourself.

Getting in touch

The fastest route is the contact form. If it is about an existing order, quote the reference from your receipt and it will land with whoever packed it.
